STEAK AND SIZZLE

  • 2 oz KIN White Whiskey

  • 1/2 oz of Scotch

  • Twist of Lemon

  • Small peel of orange with white pith of the orange removed

    Method: Slowly stir the scotch in a martini glass‎ for a minute and then throw the contents of the glass away. Rim the glass with a lemon twist. Shake the Kin in a shaker and strain pour it into the glass. Next, twist the orange peel and put it over a flame for two seconds until it flares. Finally, drop the orange peel into the drink and enjoy.
