MIDNIGHT KIN

  • 1 1/2 oz KIN White Whiskey

  • 4 Blackberries

  • 4 leaves of Sage

  • 3 dashes Angostura Bitters

  • 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice

  • 1/2 oz honey syrup

  • 1/2 oz armagnac or brandy

    Method: Muddle sage and blackberries. Add remaining ingredients, ice and stir.

    Garnish with a couple of blackberries and a sprig of sage. It actually looks pretty cool if you spear 2 black berries with the sage sprig.
