MINT CHOCOLATE JULEP

  • 2 oz KIN Brown Bourbon

  • 8 mint leaves

  • 1/4 oz simple syrup

  • 3 dashes chocolate bitters

    Method: In a Julep cup (or rocks glass), lightly muddle the mint. Add the bourbon, pack tightly with crushed ice, and stir until the cup is frosted on the outside. Top with more crushed ice, and garnish with a mint sprig and grated chocolate.
