  • 2 oz KIN Brown Bourbon

  • 1 oz lemon juice

  • 3/4 oz simple syrup

  • 1 egg white

    Method: Add all ingredients to a shaker WITHOUT ICE and dry shake. Add ice, then continue to shake. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with dots of Angostura bitters.
